    Fair terms, plain language. These terms govern your use of Batchtab. If something is unclear, just ask.

    The basics

    These terms are a contract between you and solid native GmbH, which operates Batchtab ("Batchtab"). Batchtab is offered to businesses (Unternehmer, § 14 BGB), not to consumers. By using Batchtab, you agree to these terms. If you're using Batchtab on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on their behalf.

    Your account

    • Provide accurate information when creating your account
    • Keep your login credentials secure
    • Notify Batchtab immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
    • One person or organization may maintain multiple accounts

    What Batchtab provides

    • Availability — High uptime with advance notice of planned maintenance
    • Security — Encrypted data, hosted in the European Union
    • Data ownership — Your operational data belongs to you
    • Export — Request a portable export via support

    Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    Use Batchtab for any unlawful purpose
    Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Batchtab's systems
    Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
    Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
    Resell or redistribute access without Batchtab's written consent
    Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond the provided API

    Payment and billing

    • Pricing is based on your selected plan, billed monthly or annually
    • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
    • You're responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — Batchtab is fair about it

    Intellectual property

    • Your data — You retain all rights to data you enter into Batchtab
    • The software — Batchtab's software, design, and documentation are owned by solid native GmbH
    • Feedback — If you suggest improvements, Batchtab may use them without obligation

    Service changes

    Batchtab is continuously improved. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time. For significant changes that affect your workflow, Batchtab will give you reasonable notice. Core functionality you depend on won't be removed without providing an alternative or migration path.

    Limitation of liability

    Batchtab is provided "as is". While Batchtab works hard to keep things running smoothly, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. Batchtab's liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

    Batchtab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss (beyond reasonable backup obligations), or business interruption.

    Data and privacy

    Batchtab takes your data seriously. The Privacy Policy explains what Batchtab collects, how it's used, and your rights. It's part of these terms.

    Termination

    • You can request account closure at any time by contacting us
    • Batchtab may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
    • Data export before closure is available on request (self-serve export is not in the product yet)
    • After confirmed closure, we delete or anonymize associated customer data within a reasonable period, except where legal, security, or accounting retention applies

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

    Changes to these terms

    Batchtab may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, you'll be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
